11/29/17 - double day - radiation in a.m then 5 hr chemo

11/27/17 - 1st radiation treatment
11/16/17 - Chemo Intro Class / Labs
11/16/17 - MRI w/contrast of Head and Neck
11/15/17 - Oral Surgery check up
11/13/17 - SmartPort implant (IR Line Placement Tunneled Chest Port)
11/9/17 - Oncology Labs - blood draw
11/8/17 - Radiology Clinic Mask fitting & CT scan (sedated!)
11/6/17 - Radiology Clinic 1st Mask fitting (fail!)
11/1/17 - Wisdom Teeth extracted - under anesthesia & heavily medicated for 3 days
10/31/17 - Oncology Labs - blood draw
10/18/17 - Operative Endoscopy with Multiple Biopsies - under anesthesia
10/6/17 - PET Scan skull base to thigh - radioactive injection
9/25/17 - Biopsy of my lymph node - awake with a local, guided by MRI imaging
8/29/17 - Primary doctor refers me to my first CT scan of the lymph node
